We have a slightly different approach to local shopping, but we offer many of the same features you'll find on most eCommerce sites!
Here is some basic information on how we work!
Different creators have different shipping methods, all of which are clearly outlined in their profiles, and on each of the item pages as well. Some even offer local meet up!
If a vendor offers both shipping and local pick up, you'll be able to pick which one you like on the item page before adding your selection(s) to the cart!
When at the check out page, you will be required to select free local shipping. If you have selected local meet up for any items, that will still be reflected and the vendor will be alerted to start the process to coordinate with you! This might be a little confusing and I apologize! We're working on streamlining this to alleviate future confusion.
After an order is placed you will receive a general confirmation from Made Cleveland, as well as correspondence from each vendor with updates on the status of your order, or how to coordinate local meet up.
Each creator has their own return and exchanges policies that are clearly outlined in their shop profile page, as well as included on each of their item pages below the description. Be sure to read all of this information before making your purchasing decisions.
If you have the need to return or exchange anything, you will have to reach out to the vendor to do so. You should have received correspondence from them via email, but you can always reach out to them via their shop profile on MadeClevleand.com.
